Hi, it’s James here and welcome to Get Active Fitness Coaching!

I have a proven track record of helping people make massive improvements to their fitness levels and running ability, and I would be happy to help YOU do the same.

  • I’ve helped thousands of people get much fitter and faster and become much better runners. I will help you do the same so that you improve VERY quickly
  • I also have lots of experience with weight loss and nutrition, so if you would like to get fitter or faster AND lose weight, then I will help you achieve all of these
  • I help people achieve any running goals they have. So if you would like to complete a 5k, 10k, half marathon, or marathon, OR you would like to smash your personal best, then I will help you do it
  • I have over 22 years running experience and knowledge which you can take advantage of straight away. I have also written books about running and how to lose weight with running. So you can expect to get great results while also saving yourself a lot of wasted time, effort, and frustration
  • I’m a fully qualified UK Athletics Coach for both Endurance and Speed running. Because of this I can help you achieve any of your running goals, whether you want to get fitter or faster, complete a race, or beat your personal best times
  • I have lots of experience helping people of all running abilities, from complete beginners, to world class athletes. So whatever level you are at right now, and whatever you want to achieve with your running, I can help YOU

Also just so that you know, it really doesn’t matter what fitness level you are at right now or what speed you run at. Everyone starts somewhere. I was once unfit and unhealthy until I got into running and found out how to get great results.

I ended up training with world class athletes who competed for Great Britain in events like the Olympic Games and won medals at major championships.
