I’m 54 years old but I feel like a young woman again. I’ve lost weight. My thighs, arms and stomach are much better toned. I can also report a much better energy level, sometimes I can’t believe it.
My health has improved so much. My blood pressure is that of a 30 year old. Am I ever happy about that!
I thank you for my slim body and improved health. And the love of running. I can’t thank you enough for introducing me to running and helping me stick to it and enjoy it so much.
