This is what your Personal Training involves…

First we will start with an Introductory Personal Training Session

To help you get off to the best possible start, my aim during this session is to find out more about what you would like to achieve, and also get a good idea of your current fitness.

Based on where you are now, I’ll explain what running you should be doing to get great results. Everybody is different and your Personal Training is all designed specifically to suit YOU.

We will also complete your first training session so that you are moving forward and making progress right away.

By the end of your first session you’ll know how to achieve your goals whether you want to improve your fitness, speed, or lose weight, AND you’ll have already made a great start.

You then get a Personal Training session every week (or as often as you require)

During your Personal Training sessions we will complete a training session where I’ll coach you about what to do, so that you keep progressing quickly and doing very well.

We will review how you’ve progressed with your running since our previous session so that we keep you on the right track.

Plus I’ll give you advice on what you should be doing for the rest of the week to get the best results out of your training.

I’ll also provide you with lots of high quality tips, and of course you can ask me any questions you like about things like your running, nutrition, and losing weight. You can take advantage of all my 22 years experience so that you get MUCH quicker results.

What else you should know about your Personal Training

It’s important that you get the results you want AND also enjoy your training. So I make sure that your Personal Training is fun and enjoyable.

Your Personal Training is also very flexible. I suggest that we start off with one training session per week to get you off to the best possible start but it’s entirely up to you.

I design your training around you. If you want to meet twice a week, once every week, or once every two weeks then that’s ok with me.

The area where I coach people is less than a mile from Barnsley town centre. It’s also a very attractive area which is great for running and enjoying your training.

Outside of your Personal Training sessions I also spend time reviewing how you are progressing and planning your future sessions.
