Note: On Monday 29th May the bootcamp session is at 4pm rather than 6.30pm due to the building closing earlier on that day. If you are doing Mondays but can’t make this session then just let me know. I look after you and always make sure that you get in the sessions that you pay for :)

Saturdays 10am at Locke Park in the car park

Session time: 1 hour (including warm up and cool down)
