“I’ve been going to James’ sessions for the last 3½ years. The first class I did was the circuit training class which is on a Monday and a Wednesday. It really did me good, so I carried on going.
James also does a running session on a Saturday which is in Locke Park. It’s a lovely start to the weekend. It makes me feel good to know that I’m actually doing something very positive.
I would say that everybody is not competing against each other but working at their own level, and this is what we’re encouraged to do. Just do your best.
I certainly feel that mentally this is keeping me balanced and physically I feel really fit.
I would really encourage anybody that’s sitting there watching this to join the sessions. Everybody’s friendly, you can do it to your own ability, there is no need to feel embarrassed. Just do it. Just come and join us!”
