Our exercise classes give you the ability, confidence, and motivation to get much fitter and healthier. With different plans to choose from, our payments are flexible around you and your availability.

You can sign up to 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week where you can take advantage of 2 circuit classes and 1 running class:

  • Monday Circuits – 6pm at Barnsley Academy (Worsbrough)
  • Wednesday Circuits – 6.30pm at Barnsley Academy (Worsbrough). Different exercises than Monday Circuits
  • Saturday Running – 10am at Locke Park

Our 6 week block starts every 6 weeks with the next block starting on week commencing 18th November 2019. However, if you are eager to start you can join anytime and Pay As You Train (PAYT) for £6 per session.

Join our exercise classes and together we will make it happen

There are three classes a week where you can choose to do 1, 2, or 3 each week. These are as follows:

Monday and Wednesday Circuits classes include a variety of different exercises that will help you to significantly improve your all over body fitness, strength, and health. More information

Saturday Running class is for complete beginners upwards who want to get into running, or for anyone who wants to get much fitter and improve their running ability. More information

These classes are called a bootcamp because they are run over a 6 week block. The next one starts on week commencing 18th November 2019, and other blocks follow on straight after. Please remember these two things:

  • Although it’s called a bootcamp this doesn’t mean that I’ll be standing over you in camouflage and screaming in your face. It’s much the exact opposite. I’m a very friendly and well mannered person who will help and support you to reach your goals. Remember that most people are beginners when they start, and many people also want to lose weight
  • You can join at any time. Many people start during a bootcamp and really the sooner you start the better

Pay As You Train (PAYT)

You can also pay as you train and pay for each session when you arrive. Each session is £6 and you can join the Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday classes. The choice is yours. Sign up today or contact us for more information.
