“At the age of 57 and with arthritic hips and knees I was beginning to get worried about my fitness and my health. I saw the bootcamp on Facebook and decided to give it a go so I signed up for 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks.
Some days I have a lot of pain in my joints and just getting out of a chair or walking up and down stairs is uncomfortable so I was very apprehensive.
On my first week with James’ sessions I was amazed at how well I coped. I have been doing the indoor sessions where we do circuits consisting of a variety of exercises.
I just love these sessions. You feel you have worked every part of your body when you’ve finished. We also work on each exercise for just 30 seconds and then move on to the next which is good because it’s fast moving and keeps you interested.
I can’t believe how much better I feel. My muscles feel so much stronger and even my posture has improved. I do still get pain in my joints but I’m hoping that by strengthening my muscles it will stop the pain getting any worse.
I can thoroughly recommend bootcamp to young and not so young, male or female who want to improve their fitness and health.”
