I joined James’ bootcamp in January 2017 because I was putting weight on, feeling unhealthy, and feeling unfit. I found James’ classes so encouraging and so motivational and satisfying.
I like to go on a Monday night and a Wednesday night which are circuit classes. After 6 months I then decided to join James’ Saturday morning running class. By doing this I have made lots of friends.
James is very encouraging and he’s very motivational.
I feel more confident, I feel happier in myself, and I have lost a stone in weight. If I can do it, anybody can. Please come along and join us! See and read more
