I wanted to lose weight and look better. My confidence took a drop after having my four children and gaining weight. I was also out of breath and feeling lethargic.
I have now been doing the classes for nearly 2 years. I’ve lost a stone and half. I am feeling more confident in my body and how I look. I feel a lot fitter, have tons more energy, and don’t feel out of breath any more.
